Summer Homework

Please find below your child's summer homework, these are tasks set by your child's new teachers. Please bring the completed homework to school in September ready to show your new teacher! There will be some YouTube videos to show you some examples too!

If you wish to continue learning at home through the summer, we have provided 6 weeks of challenges below to help revise key skills that will help to prepare your child for year 1. 

Summer weekly challenges

  • Wild & Free LBBD - Competition “Show us your wild side by getting outside to explore the wildlife on your doorstep this Summer. We want to see how you connect with nature in Barking and Dagenham, so we’re running a competition throughout July and August for you to share your wildlife experiences with us using the hashtag #WildFreeLBBD”
