Change can be a scary thing to have to deal with. It can bring many different anxieties and worries to the surface of a child's mind; therefore it is highly important that we prepare our pupils and children for any changes that may be ahead of them. Whilst change can be a daunting experience for many, it can also be a positive experience if managed in the right way.
To support our children in transitioning to the next class or year group, or indeed a move to secondary, we have created these transition books to support our pupils; in the hope that it will make them feel more comfortable with their new learning environment and class teacher.
